Commercial Pit Jack
(hydro pneumatic, electro hydraulic and hand oprerated)
Hydro pneumatic pit jack for lifting up commercial vehicles, agricultural machinery and other special vehicles over pits. The carriage construction is fitted to the width of the pit /any specifications should be defined at ordering on a separate data sheet / from 790 to 1100 mm, to be adjusted accurately and fixed with bolts and nuts. Four so-called bogie wheels allow the carriage to be rolled manually. The cross-axle carriage containing a hydraulic unit is also rolling on wheels thus it can be easily pulled to the proper position.
The hydraulic mechanism is operated by a two-way valve via the air tube, with a quick-positioning function to one direction, and with a load lifting function to the other. When pressed, oil is pumped under the ram, which starts to lift. It can be lowered with the handle in the middle of the hydraulic hoist; by pressing down the handle the ram starts to lower slowly and sets back to the initial position.

Support system
For permanent lifting and long-term mounting a support system should be used.
Lift the truck with the pit type lift and place it on the support system.
The pit type lift can be rolled out and use it for other elevations.
Support system size:
Adjusting to the size of the mounting shaft, but can also be located at ground level, and
can be placed in the "U" profile. The U profile has a minimum size of 220 mm.

Grearbox supporting and delivering
It is an adapter for the main pieces of vehicles are primarily gearboxes to lift and transport, universal design. The connector and clamping elements can be adjusted to the gearbox dimensions, not only adjustable but also tiltable . The adapter can be connected to the piston bore.
It has a load capacity of 0.6 kN but it is also possible to order another version.

Play detectors
DH-12000H4 /DH15000H4/DH18000H4/DH-20000H4
The DH type is a hydraulic wheel play detector for light and heavy vehicles, busses and coaches up to 20.000 kg axle load. It consist of two strong steel plates - one for each wheel - which are installed into the floor. The plates are moved horizontally in 8 different directions by means of a remote control. The remote control features both an integrated flash light functionality and a keypad to control each movement of the plates. The operator can choose to control each movement manually.
The power unit is installed in the pit either at the end or inside an excess in the wall of the inspection pit. The DH play detector checks the steering and suspension system of the vehicle without need of jacking up the axle. The operator will be able to detect worn kingpin bushings, loose tie-rod ends, broken welds, loose fasteners and other failed components.
